1. Who is responsible for your data
Consultorodoo, an Ibero-American network of Odoo consultants. For any question about your data, write to hola@consultorodoo.cl.
2. What data we collect
- What you send us in the forms: company details (tax ID and legal name), contact details (name, role, email and phone), your project information and any files you attach.
- If you apply to the network: your experience, certifications, LinkedIn profile and CV.
- We do not collect browsing data for analytics or advertising.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your request and assigning you the consultant best suited to your project.
- Arranging the contact, meeting or call you asked for.
- Assessing applications to the network.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form and, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
5. Who we share it with
The network consultant assigned to your project, who may be in another network country (Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Spain or the United States), and the technology providers that host the site and email. International transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a different period.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of your data by writing to hola@consultorodoo.cl. In Chile, Law 19,628 and Law 21,719 (in force from December 2026) apply; in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country, such as Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency or Spain’s AEPD.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
Terms of use
- This site is informational. Services are contracted directly with the network consultant assigned to your project.
- Prices are given with each estimate: in UF plus VAT for Chile and in US dollars for other countries. The final scope and price are set in the proposal and the Scope Statement.
- The site’s texts, illustrations and design belong to Consultorodoo. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A., and other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners; we mention them for reference only.
- We do our best to keep the information up to date, but it may change without notice.
- These terms are governed by Chilean law.
Cookies
We only use technical storage in your browser to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
